Early Labour Signs

There are lots of things that can be signs you are in early labour. Some women may experiance some or all of these symptoms. There really is no timeframe on labour and birth and it will happen when you baby wants it to. Some of the main things that can be signs your in early labour are losing your mucus plug, loose stools, nausea, lightening (Baby dropping), low back ache, cramps / contractions. How are these things associated with early labour? The Mucus plug sits in the cervix and will be released when the cervix starts to open, it is an egg white like substance. It can somtimes be tinged with red or brownish blood too. Everybodys body is differnt and some people release it the day they go into labour and some weeks before labour and it grows back again.
