Labour and Birth SupportI don't offer any 1 on 1 consults during labour or birth individually. This is simply because you are not getting continuity of care or quality care if I have not spent time with you prior to this.

Includes continuity of care throughout Pregnancy, Labour, Birth and Postpartum. (Additional Visits are also available at extra cost) This Includes:

- -Initial no obligation meeting
- -3 Pre-natal visits (Up to two hours each)
- During these visits these will include providing you with information on Physiological Birth, Undisturbed Birth, Support for developing your birth plan / Wishes, Deeper Understanding of Birthing options available including Free birth, Interventions, Pain Management , Mindset Management, Labouring Positions
- -Access to my Library full of books on Birth, Labour and motherhood
- -Access to my birthing Tools
- -On call from 37 – 42 weeks
- -Support, reassurance, continuity of care and someone to advocate for your wants and wished during Labour and Birth (for Up to 12 hours)
- -Assist in Pain management techniques discussed in prenatal visits during labour
- -Immediate postpartum support (1-2 hours after birth (if required)
- -2 x Postpartum vists to help with any house jobs, caring for other children, or just to sit and have a chat and a cuppa (Up to 2 hrs each)
- -1 x Postpartum Visit to debreif birth anytime within 3 months of the birth
- -Phone and Email Support throughout
- -Unlimited Questions
- Pricing includes Travel fees within 100kms (Ipswich and Toowomba)
